Tim is COO of PSL as part of his role as Commercialisation Manager at IPSO Ventures, PSL's main investor. He has a central operational role within IPSO and selected portfolio companies, developing the businesses and building management teams.

Tim trained as a scientist at Cambridge and Imperial College before moving into the technology commercialisation sector where he spent several years with Queen Mary Innovation and Imperial Innovations among others.
