March 2011 - We are pleased to announce that Graham Whitchurch has been chosen as one of the speakers to deliver how Polyfect's technology can help face the challenges within the nanotechnology industry at this year's HiPerNano workshop.
HiPerNano
2011 is the NanoKTN's highly successful annual showcase of new
developments in nanomaterials alongside industry end-user presentations
on the challenges to be addressed. This one-day workshop will bring together automotive, aerospace, energy, security, medical and nanomaterials industries and researchers to raise awareness of new developments in nano-enhanced materials solutions. Technologies will include applications of nanocoatings, nanoparticulates and nanostructuring for metallics, ceramics and polymers. Registration is currently open to all interested and we look forward to seeing on on Tuesday 10th May 2011 at the Royal Academy of Enginerring, Carlton House Terrace, London. Organisations and individuals wishing to attend should email Natasha.Taylor@nanoktn.com
December 2010 - We had a very successful event at Technology World in partnership with UK Nanoforum at London Excel, December 7-8th. Despite the snow and bad weather the first day of Technology World saw the largest delegation of international visitors in the event's history. More than 1000 delegates with international visitors making up 400 from 50 countries attended day one of the two-day British technology and science showcase hosted by the UK Trade & Investment (UKTI).
PSL were one of the chosen few to present our Polyfect Technology in the afternoon of the first day during the Technology pitches. If anyone would like a copy of this pitch, please contact Ankita on Ankita.Stopa@polyfectsolutions.com .
October 2010 - Our event planning is nearly done for Technology World in December 2010. Please contact Ankita on Ankita.Stopa@polyfectsolutions.com if you would like to arrange a one-to-one meeting while we are at the conference.
September 2010 - Come along and visit us on 7 & 8 December 2010 at Excel Centre, London. http://www.technologyworld.uk.com/
August 2010 - Ankita will be attending KTN Innovations in Packaging: Stimulating Supply Chain Collaborations in at the Institute of Materials in London on September 14th 2010. This event aims to spark research, development and innovative collaboration by encouraging new partnerships within packaging supply chains.
The Knowledge Transfer Networks (KTN's) are enabling retailers, brand owners, materials developers, designers, chemists, polymer scientists, and experts in nanotechnology, renewable materials, recycling and lifecycle analysis, to come together under one roof. Anyone with a packaging challenge of solution, looking for new external collaborations are encouraged to attend.
