Polyfect Solutions provides a bespoke service to interested parties. On hearing your dispersion dilemma, we will work with you to design a feasibility study that utilises our patented process. We will develop and optimise the process for particular polymer-filler systems in our facility in Loughborough but also suggest recommendations on how to scale this up.

We offer our expertise along each step of the way and work with you at each stage to ensure that the aims of the project are being met. This includes not only dispersion of coating onto polymer but also micro-structural analysis of the resulting samples in order to support optimisation of the process. We propose full support at a manufacturing location of your choice to educate and train your staff on how to implement the Polyfect Technology in your manufacturing process.
