Graham is a manufacturing professional and qualified Engineer with hands-on skills and wide-ranging experience within the plastics industry. As well as leading PSL's technology development and deployment, Graham is MD of Solutions4Plastic, a technical consultancy specialising in the biopolymer industry.

He previously held a number of senior positions in the plastics industry including Director of Operations for Adept Polymers Ltd and Environmental Polymers Ltd, and main board director for Stanelco Plc.
